On instruction, Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that in connection with the complaint under Annexure-1, Aul P.S. Case No.96 dated 17.03.2022 has been registered for commission of offences under Sections 341/323/354B/354/509/294/506/34 of I.P.C. In such background, Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter.
