Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to move the learned Court below by filing appropriate application for release of the seized goods in his favour. It is further submitted that the seized goods are likely to be disposed of any time in between. 4.

Such being the case, permission to withdraw the revision petition is granted with liberty to move the court below by filing appropriate application. If the seized goods have not been disposed of then they shall not be disposed of till tomorrow. 5.

Learned State Counsel is directed to communicate the order passed today to the concerned authority.
