This is an application for conversion of the nomenclature of RPFAM to W.P.(C).

Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the order passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is under challenge in this RPFAM, it should have been registered as W.P.(C).

In view of the above, Registry may verify and register the RPFAM as W.P.(C).

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
