This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Party. 3.

The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Balianta P.S. Case No.0192 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. Case No.549 of 2021, pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar, registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 420/468/471/294/506 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the civil litigation is pending between the parties, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and
