Mr. Parida, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is 50% undivided owner of land. He is a daily labourer. He wants to sell his share. He made representation dated 2nd November, 2021 to the registering authority, to register the deed in spite of the co-sharer not giving consent.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, there is a clarification regarding sale of undivided interest in land. 3.

Petitioner will present his document along with copy of this order, to opposite party no.2. Said opposite party will consider

// 2 // whether the document is covered by clarification dated 9th June, 2017 issued by Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack. If so, the document be registered. Otherwise, refusal memo stating the grounds be issued, returning the document. This must be done within seven days of presentation.
