Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present CRLMC with liberty to ventilate his grievance before the court in seisin over the matter.

The learned court in seisin over the matter shall take into account the submissions of the accused-petitioner regarding his innocence on its own merit without being influenced by withdrawal of the present CRLMC.
