2. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize their services as they have rendered 32 years of service both in the capacity of NMR/DLR/HR and Work Charge employees as similarly situated work charged employees have been brought over to regular establishment and provide the benefits of OCS (Pension) Rules, 1992 and the benefit of GPF as per GPF Rules, 1938 prior to its amendment in terms of the Office Memorandum dated 01.05.2010 issued by the Government of Odisha in the Department of Finance as the petitioners were appointed prior to the cutoff date, i.e. 01.01.2005.
3. Mr. K. State of Odisha and others) and W.P.(C) No.27950 of 2019 disposed of on 03.02.2021 (Premananda Tripathy v. State of Odisha). Therefore, direction may be given to the authority to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the aforesaid orders.
