Looking to the nature of relief sought for through this writ petition and for the opinion of this Court that there cannot be a mandamus through a writ petition in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, learned counsel for Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the competent authority under appropriate law. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdraw, but with liberty as prayed for.
