This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to transfer the wife of the petitioner from CHC, Kodala, Ganjam to CHC, Barapada in the district of Bhadrak or PPC, Bhadrak in view of the notification dated 06.08.1986 and notification dated 13.12.1991 issued by the G.A. Department, Govt. of Odisha under Annexure-8 series.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-6 series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexure-8 series, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 series, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexure-8 series, within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
