This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Considering the request of Mr.Lenka, learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner has already vacated the shop room for the development of project undertaken herein, the petitioner may be permitted to approach for relocation along with proof of his operating in such shop room prior to eviction, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, as prayed for. In the event any such application is made, the Bhubaneswar Development Authority as well as the Bhubaneswar Municipal Authority shall do well in taking a lawful decision on the request of the petitioner.
