Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "Under the above facts and circumstances, it is therefore prayed that for the interest of justice this Hon'ble Court would be graciously pleased to issue a writ in nature of mandamus directing the Opposite Parties to remove the unauthorized wall construction/ obstruction from Khadagprasad to Kamalanga Village RD Road with the help of local police in order to enable the people to use the RD Road as their ingress & egress and further direction may kindly issued to the Opposite Parties to initiate preventive penal/legal action against the law violators to solve the traffic problems in the locality.

And any other relief(s) which you lordships deem just and proper;

And for which act of kindness the petitioners as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Petitioner has a serious grievance on obstruction in their road movement created by the Company indicated therein. On the selfsame issue, it appears the representation at the instance of the Petitioner on vide Annexure-3 is pending before the Collector, Dhenkanal. This

// 2 // Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the same involving the suffers as well as the company involved and to find reasonable solution to the dispute involved herein by completing such exercise at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
