This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

The petitioner having been implicated in Dharmasala P.S. Case No.418 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Special (POCSO) No.111 of 2021 on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Jajpur for alleged commission of offence under sections 377/506, I.P.C. read with section 6 of the POCSO Act has filed this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of accusations against the petitioner as those emanate from the materials on record as well as the surrounding circumstances, I do not find the case to be fit one for grant of bail to the Petitioner. 5.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
