This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the pleadings and materials through the Record, vide Annexure-5 series, this Court observes, in the event there is no further challenge to the order involving Encroachment Case No.16/2011 disposed of on 3.2.2014 and such order is operating, the encroachment order should reach its logical end by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March,
