Mr. Subham Agrawal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Saswat Kumar Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner states that during pendency of the writ petition some developments have taken place. Therefore, in view of subsequent developments, the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting the liberty as aforesaid.
