Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

A resident of particular village namely Narayanpur has approached this Court indicating his difficulty in the matter of demarcation of his own land as well as lands of other villagers for there is loss of the boundary stone fixation. 3.
On the selfsame issue, it appears, the group of villagers have already approached the Tahasildar, Marsaghai for installation of the boundary stone at Narayanpur village. Considering similar approach is pending and finding the request involved herein becomes genuine, as failure of existence of boundary stone, there will be enormous difficulty in the demarcation of the plots in the village. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Marsaghai to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-7 with the utmost
// 2 // urgency and do the needful by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
