This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Dhusuri P.S. Case No.80 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.773 of 2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar for alleged commission of offence under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

Since the F.I.R. has been registered under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, which is bailable

// 2 // in nature, I am not inclined to entertain this anticipatory bail application and accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
