This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of G.R. Case No.150 of 2020 from the Court of S.D.J.M., Nayagarh to any other competent court situated at Khurda on the ground that none of the counsel of the Nayagarh Bar Association is appearing on his behalf.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Report obtained from the learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh reveals that none of the counsel of the Nayagarh Bar Association is appearing on his behalf.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court directs that G.R. Case No.150 of 2020 pending in the file of the learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh be transferred to the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda. Both the Courts shall do the needful on production of the certified copy of this order. 6.

With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
