This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release the revised scale of pay in their favour as per the order dated 31.01.2022 and 25.12.2022 issue by opposite party hno.3 under Annexrue-4 series. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contended that the petitioners may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the authority highlighting the grievances, and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of taking into consideration Annexure-4 within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court directs the petitioners to file a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from today ventilating their grievances
before the authority. In the event, the petitioners file such representation along with this order, the authority shall consider and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexure-4 within a period of three months thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
