This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

The limited grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that he has submitted a representation before the Director, Higher Education, Odisha, Opposite Party No.2 on 7th November, 2021. It is further submitted by him that the said representation has not been considered till date. 3.

Mr.Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that if a direction is given to the Director, Higher Education, Odisha to consider the representation of the Petitioner, he shall have no objection to it.

In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court disposes of the writ application with a direction to the Director, Hither Education, Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 series within a period of two months from the date of production of an authenticated copy of this order.

It is needless to mention here that Opposite Party No.2 shall consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Any decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within 10 days thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
