Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's elder brother died. Legal heir certificate was issued to a person not his heir. In that connection his client made representation dated 13th April, 2022 addressed to the Tahsildar. He prays for direction upon the Tahsildar to consider his client's representation.

Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's said representation dated 13th April, 2022 and inform him result thereof, within four weeks of communication. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
