Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar for disposal of C.P.No.871 of 2016 and Civil Proceeding No.92 of 2013. Considering that one of the proceeding being for divorce and other is for restitution of conjugal right, this Court directs the Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to hear both the proceedings together and decide the same at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner but, however, providing opportunity to both the side. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
