It is surprise to note the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that even though the Settlement Revision Case No.1958 of 2015 was filed in the year, 2015 but it is yet to be admitted. It is alleged that in spite of several memos being filed, the revision is not taken up for admission even.
4.
Considering this limited grievance, this Court observes in the event the Settlement Revision Case is filed in the year 2015 and is not suffering on account of any measure defect required to be complied by the petitioner, upon a memo being filed along with an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner, the matter will be taken up for admission at least within a period of one week thereafter. 5.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
6.
