1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode.

2. The Petitioner in the present case has challenged the Notice dated 01.12.2021 issued by O.P.

No.

2/Assistant General Manager, SBI Main Branch, Berhampur, whereby the loan account of the Petitioner was declared as NPA.

3. The Petitioner availed a Term loan of Rs. 23.60 Lakhs to purchase one tipper vehicle vide Loan A/c. No. 37293946390 in 2017. Further, he also availed another Term Loan of Rs.35 lakhs vide loan A/c. No. 38219673819 to purchase a Truck in 2019. As of now, an outstanding amount of Rs.12.69 lakhs is pending in

// 2 // the former loan account while an outstanding amount of 31.56 lakhs is pending in the latter loan account.

4. The petitioner was able to regularly pay the monthly installments for few years. However, he started defaulting from the year 2020. Consequently, the loan accounts were declared NPA vide Notice dated 01.12.2021.

5. Counsel for the Petitioner has filed a Memo dated 24.02.2022 requesting for withdrawal of the writ petition.

6. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
