Mr. Jena, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners. He submits, his client is aggrieved by election held and opposite party no.5 declared to be elected. He submits further, his client made representation dated 8th November, 2021 to opposite party no.3. There be direction upon said opposite party to consider and dispose of the representation.

Without directing issuance of notice, there will be direction upon opposite party no.3 to deal with and dispose of petitioner's said representation dated 8th November, 2021 being annexure-2 series. This should be done within four weeks of communication. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.
