Heard Mr. P.C.Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.P.Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.2-F.A.cum-Additional Secretary Dept.

Government of Odisha to take a decision as per recommendation of opposite party no.3-Chief Engineer, World Bank Project, letter dated 06.06.20232 under Annexure-8 for administrative approval towards, Differential Cost for the work construction of HL Bridge over river under on Gholdar- Marlad Road in the District of Bolangir within a stipulated period.

Since the claim of the petitioner has been recommended by opposite party no.3, vide letter dated 06.06.2022 under Annexure-8, this Court directs opposite party no.2- F.A. cum-

Additional Secretary Dept. Government of Odisha to take a decision on the basis of recommendation made within a period of two months from the date of communication/production of this order.

With the above observation & direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
