This writ petition is filed seeking a direction for compliance of the order of the Second Appellate Authority under the R.T.I. Act, 2005. There is a clear provision for initiating proceeding against the violators in not working-out the direction of the competent authority under the provisions of the R.T.I. Act, 2005. For the clear statutory remedy available under the R.T.I. Act, 2005, no writ petition for execution of such order is permissible in the eye of law.

In the circumstance, this Court declines to entertain the writ petition as the Petitioner has clear alternate remedy available to him. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
