1. Mr. Basu, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's document was not accepted for registration. He submits, his client is not a promoter and therefore, does not require registration with ORERA. His client's grievance is covered by order dated 8th December, 2021 made by this Bench in W.P.(C) no.33214 of 2021 ( Balram Guru and another vs. State of Odisha and others). 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner be directed to present the document.

Petitioner will present his document along with this order and said order dated 8th December, 2021.
