Heard Mr. S.K. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate for the state. 3.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy by filing representation before the appropriate authority. 4.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner, with regard to his grievance files a fresh representation before the authority concerned within fifteen days hence, the said authority shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order.
