Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the petitioner is in possession of the land in question for more than 50 years with the knowledge of the authority, she cannot be evicted. 4.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
