Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Petitioner has a grievance that even after a mutation order is passed vide Annexure-5 since 2005, there is no correction in the Record of Right. This Court observes, in the event there is no change in the position vide Mutation Case No.3703 of 2004 as of now by way of legal pronouncement, there should not be any obstruction in making necessary correction in the Record of Right. 3.

Considering there is serious lapse on the part of the public authority, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Additional Tahasildar, Puri to find out the actual position involving the Mutation Case No.3703 of 2004 and do the needful by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner, including bringing the corrected Record of Right in the Odisha Bhulekh website.
