The petitioner claims for grant of permission/approval/afflation in favour of the petitioner-institution for opening of Diploma in Pharmacy course for the Session 202122 as the No Objection Certificate granted by opposite party no.1 dated 21.06.2021 under Annexure-2 and allow the petitionerinstitution to take admission for the current academic session 2021-22.

Since the period has already been expired, nothing more remains to be decided at this stage. By efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
