This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners apprehending their arrest in Charmal P.S. Case No.115 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 294, 379, 506, 353, 427 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C., Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 14 of the Orissa Kendu Leaf (Central Trade) Act, 1981, have filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.11058 and 11060 of 2021, which were dismissed on merit vide order dated 13th September, 2021.

Petitioners want to review the aforesaid order dated 13th September, 2021 by filing this present application. 6.

Considering the facts and submission made, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the Petitioners. 7.

Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioners stands rejected and the ABLAPL is disposed of being dismissed.
