Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2021 in connection with Morada P.S. Case No. 127 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 1389 of 2021 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Baripada for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 12-B/341/294/302/34 of IPC. 4.

Considering the submissions made, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that similarly placed co-accused, namely, Sovakar Mohanta@Sana has been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 9774 of 2021, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition

that he shall personally appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
