Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if the pleadings in R.P. Case No.143 of 2012 are already completed and if the Petitioner submits an application before the competent authority for expeditious disposal of the R.P. Case No.143 of 2012, the competent authority shall do well in expediting the hearing of the R.P. Case No.143 of 2012 and disposing of the same involving all the parties concerned, within a period of six months from the date of filing of the application. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.
