Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Cuttack Sadar P.S. Case No.656 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2824 of 2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Rural, Cuttack for alleged commission of offences under sections 323, 354, 294, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the State on verification of the case records submitted that notices as contemplated under section 41A of Cr.P.C. have been served on the petitioners and they have complied with the terms of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with this case.
