1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for direction to the Chairman, Admission Board, Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar to admit her in the course of B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture in the OUAT, Bhubaneswar.

4. Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that admittedly there existed an error in reflecting the marks in the subject of physics, inasmuch as, although she has secured 96 marks but 98 was reflected in the application form.

5. Mr. J.P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate submits that in the meantime, the process of admission has already been over. The mistake having been committed by the petitioner herself, the relief sought for cannot be sustained in the eye of law.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, since the admission process is already over and the mistake is committed by the petitioner herself, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction contrary to the settled principle of law.
