Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It appears, through a proceeding under Section 15(b) of the O.S.S. Act, there has been already a direction in the manner of preparation of Record of Right as well as map clearly borne at page-15 of the brief. Through Annexure-3 Petitioner alleges even after such direction and production of copy before the Tahasildar-cum-Executive Magistrate, Erasama, the said authority is not showing any development in the preparation of the corrected Record of Right and the map.

Considering there is serious allegation, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar-cum-Executive Magistrate, Erasama- Opposite Party No.2 to give effect to the direction in disposal of SRP Case No.64 of 2020 and by bringing out the corrected Record of Right as well as map at least within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioners. This Court expresses its anxiety in creation of such unnecessary litigation to this

// 2 // Court for inaction of the Tahasildar. This Court directs the Tahasildar to be careful hereinafter.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
