This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties 3 and 4 to release and disburse held up arrear salary of the petitioner from July 2018 to June 2022 @ Rs.5000/- per month and differential arrear salary @ Rs.1500/- per month from July 2022 to September 2022 and unpaid salary for the month of October 2022 and current salary @ Rs.5000/- per month within a stipulated period.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-1 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-1 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
