This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure-4 before the Collector & District Magistrate, Angul (Opposite Party No.4) for redressal of his grievance. The said representation is stated to be still pending. 4.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Collector & District Magistrate, Angul (Opposite Party No.4) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-4 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

The petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures along with certified copy of this order to Opposite Party No.4 for convenience and reference to Annexure-4.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos. 514 and 515 dated 7th January,2022.
