The petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the order of eviction passed by opposite party no.2 under Annexure-3. 4.

Mr. A.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the authority instructed orally to the petitioner for eviction. 5.

In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law, as and when cause of action arises.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
