Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties, more particularly opposite party no.4 to give appointment in favour of the petitioner as Primary School Teacher in Bhanjanagar Education District under Un-reserved (male) category as has been done under Annexure-4 by taking into consideration the merit position of the petitioner under Annexure-3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-3 and 4, to which learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6, taking into consideration Annexures3 and 4, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
