Prayer for modification of the order has been made on the ground that as directed vide order dated 22.06.2022 the petitioner has been paying monthly installments amounting to Rs.83,334/- regularly from July but could not pay the installment due in the month of December because of his illness 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner needs some time to pay the arrear monthly installment of December as well as for remaining months regularly without any fail. 4.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is granted time till 20th January, 2023 to make the deposit of Rs.83,334/- for the month of December. It goes without saying that the amount due for the month of January, 2023 onwards shall be paid in time. If such payment is made within the period as stipulated, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.

In case any action has already been initiated, the same shall be kept in recalled.
