This matter is taken up by hybrid arranged Order No.

This is the second journey of the Petitioner, who is implicated in connection with Tihidi P.S. Case No.270 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1322 of 2020 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak, running for alleged commission of offence under Section 498-A/304-B-302/34 of the IPC read with section 4 of D.P. Act, in filing the application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record as also the earlier order dated 12.01.2021 passed in ABLAPL No.15091 of 2020, the present application stands disposed of with the observation that in the

// 2 // event the Petitioner surrenders in connection with the aforesaid case before the Court in seisin of the case within a period of four weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, the earlier order dated 12.01.2021 shall come to hold the field for having its play in letter and spirit.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
