This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Perused the letter dated 05.04.2023 of the District & Sessions Judge, Boudh.

It appears that out of total 17 nos. charge sheeted witnesses, 12 witnesses have been examined in the meantime. For examination of the rest 5 witnesses the learned District & Sessions Judge, Boudh as prayed for some time to conclude the trial.

Considering the facts stated in the letter dated 05.04.2023 the time to conclude the trial has extended by a further period of two months.
