1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. S. Dwibedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate.

3. The petitioner-firm files the present writ petition to direct the opposite parties to release its final bill, security deposit and ancillary dues along with 15% interest.

4. On perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner was called upon to show cause on 11.05.2016 vide Annexure-5 as it had left the work in half way. Now, the benefits sought for in the writ petition cannot be acceded to, being barred by limitation.

5. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ

// 2 // petition with a liberty to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum.

6. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting the liberty as aforesaid.
