This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode. 2.
Heard learned counsels for the Parties.

The sole grievance of the Petitioner is that, in spite of the order of the Tahsildar-cum-O.E.A. Collector, Chandbali (Opp. Party No.4) for correction of R.O.R. after realization of the back rent and Salami, no R.O.R. has yet been corrected, though the Petitioner has already paid the back rent and Salami vide Annexure-3 series.

Regard being had to such position, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-cum-O.E.A. Collector, Chandbali (Opposite Party No.4) to take up the matter for correction of R.O.R., provided the back rents and Salami have been paid by the Petitioner and there is no other legal impediment. The entire exercise be completed within three
// 2 // months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order or true soft copy of the order available in the Orissa High Court's website. The Petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ petition containing all the Annexures to Opposite Party No.4 for reference to Annexures 1 and 3 series. 5.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515, dated 7th January, 2022. ........................
