Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 2.

This is an application for targeting Civil Suit No.5130 of 2015 pending on the file of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar. Keeping in view that there is pendency of an appeal before the District & Sessions Judge vide F.A.O.No. 107 of 2015 involving injunction issue and as the District & Sessions Judge has already in receipt of L.C.R., this Court in disposal of the CMP while directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar to see expeditious disposal of Civil Suit No.5130 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of L.C.R. also directs the District & Sessions Judge, Khurda to remit the L.C.R. forthwith involving Civil Suit No.5130 of 2015 after keeping a Xerox coy of the said L.C.R.. The District & sessions Judge, Khurda is also directed to do the needful on production of certified copy of this order by the petitioners.
