Considering the limited grievance involved herein for targeting C.S.No.33(1) of 2018 pending on the file of Civil Judge (Senior Division, Jajpur, this CMP stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jajpur to conclude the aforesaid Civil Suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of nine months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
