This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.1 to counter sign the bill submitted by the petitioner dated 22.11.2022 under Annexure-6 within a specific period so that the EPF amount of both employer share and employees share of opposite party no.4 can be deposited before opposite party no.2 within the stipulated period and the arrear salary of opposite party no.4 can also be released before the due date fixed by the Government.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
