This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I. A. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 22.12.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.34523 of 2022. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the W.P.(C) No.34523 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 22.12.2022. It is further submitted that while disposing of the writ petition, the petitioner was directed to approach before the Superintendent of Excise, Khordha, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 by filing an application along with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of disposal. It is also submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to delay in receiving the certified copy of the order, the petitioner could not approach before the Opposite Party No.2 within the time stipulated. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions made, it is directed that time of approach is extended further period of four weeks from today and

// 2 // also additional one month time is extended to the Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision pursuant to the order dated 22.12.2022, rest part of the order shall remain intact.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
